The A12-1090-A is a low-noise preamplifier designed to improve the reception of Mode S/ADS-B beacons transmitted by commercial aircraft at 1090MHz. It comes with a waterproof ABS enclosure suitable for poles up to 44 mm in diameter.
The BT12-A Bias Tee can be used to inject a 12V DC voltage onto the coaxial cable to power the A12-1090-A preamplifier.
